We can add to these rules if we want when we want even when your record has been submitted and checked, and even when it is on here!
- You must stand on ONE leg only. 2 legs cannot be on the ground.
- Your leg cannot be supported using a wire, and can only be resting on your other leg, or on a chair, or something.
- Your leg must not touch the GROUND. It's ok if it is resting on anything else.
- When moving, your feet or legs cannot touch the ground. You can hop, or jump on tables.
- The time you take cannot be added together, from the time you start to the end of number 1, and then you cannot try again and add that to the first attempt.
- We will tell you more in your information pack that you will recieve when you submit a record.

If you are caught cheating or not following the above rules exactly, you will be permantely disqualified from attempting this record. In some cases, however, we can let you off!
