We can add to these rules if we want when we want even when your record has been submitted and checked, and even when it is on here!
- The record must be at least 30 seconds long.
- We can say that you haven't beaten the record if we want to.
- You must wiggle your EYEBROWS
- VIDEO evidence is required only.
- Video evidence must not be edited in any way at all
- Video evidence cannot be sped up or slowed down
- Video evidence must be of a real person, doing it live. He/she must be able to move at the time of filming.
- Eyebrows must be moved independentely, by yourself. You must not have any support.
- Animation, such as stop-motion animation is not allowed for the video. Frame-by-frame movements of your eyebrows is not allowed.
- Only one person can do this at the same time.
- The time you have carried on moving your eyebrows will be measured by us.
- The video will have to be filmed at your house. Make sure there is not much noise around you.

If you are caught cheating or not following the above rules exactly, you will be permantely disqualified from attempting this record. In some cases, however, we can let you off!
